Designed to work with the Tattletale™ base unit to protect the contents of metal storage containers and other difficult to monitor locations, the storage container motion sensor is made of two parts - an external transmitter and an interior motion sensor. The external transmitter mounts with magnets to the top or side surface and is connected to the motion sensor by a cable. If the motion sensor is tripped, the cable is cut or the transmitter housing is tampered with an alarm will be signalled. The motion detector is sensitive to moving heat and has a coverage area of 45' x 90'!
