Exchange Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: We can only process exchanges for products purchased through Alarms247.com. If you purchased your product from another supplier, you must exchange it with that supplier. 

If you would like to exchange a product you purchased from Alarms247.com for another product you may do so within 30 days by following the exchange instructions below.

If you believe that your product is defective please contact the manufacturers technical support line for your product. Technical support may be able to get your product working without the need to send it back for exchange. Please click HERE; for the list of manufacturer technical support numbers for the products we carry.

If the product is still not working properly please contact us at: exchanges@alarms247.com to arrange for your return, we will reply with your RMA# and return instructions.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please include the following information with your exchange:

1. Order number or copy of your electronic receipt (If ordered over the phone, you will not have this info)
2. Your name and phone number
3. Your email address
4. The REASON for your exchange

If you are simply unhappy with your order and wish to exchange it for a different product, please specify the new product name and include your credit card number and expiration date. We will refund the subtotal of your original order and then process a new one for you. Exchanges beyond 30 days but within the one-year warranty must be handled through the manufacturer directly.
