If you believe the item you received is defective please first contact the manufacturer's technical support line for troubleshooting as most issues can be resolved much faster with some help.  If technical support finds the item to be likely defective please include in your return request, the ticket or case number where applicable, as well as the name of the person you worked with and a description of the problem and any troubleshooting you may have done.  This will speed up the process.  We will arrange an exchange either through the manufacturer or our facility.  There are no restocking fees on approved exchanges.

Alarms247.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days please complete the informatoin below.

Once approved we'll provide a return authorization number and return instructions once your return is approved.

Please bundle cords, accessories and documentation just as they came and ship the product in the same box that it arrived in.

We cannot accept a return for any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.  

Products that are marred or damaged, installed or where the manuals or packaging have writing on them will be refused.

Please return your package insured using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for lost shipments or packages that have been damaged in any way.  This includes the original product box so please be sure to ship with adequate packing materials.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. A few selected items on our site are shipped in "blister pack" packaging. If opened, these items will be charged a 25% restock fee because of the difficulty in repackaging them, upon return. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
