Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We ship most packages with UPS where a standard address is available.  For PO boxes or shipments where UPS is not practical we will ship by Canada Post.  Orders over $30 will ship with tracking and insurance.  The tracking number will be provided when your shipment is completed.

Average shipping times by ground, are indicated in the map below.

If you wish to use a courier other than UPS or Canada post please contact us first to discuss your requirements.

Large or bulky orders or those with large, heavy or awkward to ship items, may require additional shipping charges.  We will contact you prior to completing your order if any additional shipping costs are required.  If you wish to cancel rather than paying additional shipping you'll have that option prior to the order being finalized.

International Shipping

For International orders we will typically ship by UPS.  Please note that any brokerage fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.  The courier may request brokerage, duties or taxes at time of delivery.  In case of oversize or remote areas that require additional shipping charges we will contact you prior to processing your order to confirm if you wish to proceed or cancel.
