Return Instructions

If the item you received is defective and you would like to have it replaced, please follow our Exchange Instructions. Exchanged products are exempt from restocking fees.

Alarms247.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within 30 days in its original condition.

There are many companies that sell our products. You must return your purchase to the company you purchased from directly. We can only accept returns and exchanges for purchases made through Alarms247.com.

Please include the following information with your return:

  • Order number or copy of your electronic receipt
  • Your name and phone number
  • Your email address
  • The REASON for your return

Please bundle the cords just as they came and ship the product in the same box that it arrived in. Do not use extra packaging material. We cannot accept a return for any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

To authorize your return please contact us at: exchanges@alarms247.com, we will reply with your RMA# and return instructions.
Please return your package insured using a trackable shipping service such as Fedex or UPS to the following address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. A few selected items on our site are shipped in "blister pack" packaging. If opened, these items will be charged a 25% restock fee because of the difficulty in repackaging them, upon return. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.

Please note: We cannot accept a return for any product that is not returned in the original packaging, or if the retail box and/or manuals have been written or marked on. We also cannot accept a return if the product exhibits physical damage, including scratches, paint damage or cut wires.

Please allow up to two weeks for your credit to be issued.
