Murs Alert Long Range Wireless Infrared Sensors

The Murs MAT Infrared Sensor is a small portable sensor and long range wireless transmitter that will detect people and vehicles than send an alert signal back to any of the Murs transceivers - the Murs base station or the portable handheld transceiver.

Using passive infrared detection technology, the Murs Infrared Sensor is able to detect people, vehicles and large animals. We recommend mounting this unit 2 1/2 to 3 feet off of the ground to prevent detection of small animals. This weatherproof transmitter operates on 6 AA batteries (not included).

With the long range wireless transmission and the portable receiver, the MURS Alert line of monitoring products has unlimited applications; it can be used by security guards, small businesses and also by hunters monitoring game trails; any scenario that requires immediate notification when someone or something enters a remote monitored location.
